Open manages mid-range residential developments with 2- and 3-bedroom units. Together, they have a sales force of nearly one thousand independent brokers.<\/mark><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>We have built over 4.5 million square meters, and over 250 developments have been delivered throughout our history, making us one of the largest developers and construction companies in the S\u00e3o Paulo metropolitan region.
